Do you ever feel like God is repeatedly trying to teach you the same lesson, and you continually fail to learn it? That’s where I’m at right now. God is once again trying to teach me to have patience. We still have not closed on our house and still do not have a definite date for that. Each week we’ve been told, “hopefully this week.” After almost a month here, Airbnb life is getting a little old, and we’re feeling extremely ready to be able to totally unpack and really settle into life. There are routines that we can’t really get fully into until we’re in our house, and a laundry list of other things that we can’t start until we own the house, most importantly the application for our residence visa. I know God will work all of this out in His timing, I just wish His time table matched up a little better with mine! Prayers that our house sale would go through this upcoming week (for real, this time) and for patience as we wait on it would be very much appreciated!

Yikes! Continue your patience…that’s about all that is in your control. I know it’s hard. I’m so happy for you both and am eager to continue to learn how the journey goes…with a virtual closing celebration when the Closing happens. All the best in health and happiness, always. 🤗🤗🤗
Thanks Ron! As always, we appreciate your support and friendship 😊
Dear Holy Father,
I reach out to you today to help Jessica and James with the closing on their house. I pray that they will rest in Your perfect timing and that You will share with them the reason things have not gone as they planned. Give them peace and contentment in all things and increase their trust in You. You are in control and always works good in all things for those who believe. I pray that as missionaries they will fulfill your will for their lives. Blessed this family always, but especially for this week and the new life that is coming. Let them be settled into their new home in the near future. Let their work for You flourish and let those who they come in contact with the Gay’s be brought to the Father and have everlasting life. In your Holy name I pray. Amen
